We just came back
from a trip to Florida, and I wanted to share some great
ideas for onboard snacks for little ones:
·Grapes-
very portable, great finger food and rich in water.
·Freeze
dried fruit and grains, lightweight and healthy.
·Raisins
again easy to have in your handbag.
·Chocolate
milk or regular milk you can buy this in the airport and
then take it onboard, it’s a good idea to get a drink
as it may take a while for the crew to serve drinks and
hydration is vital.
·Applesauce
again very portable and nutritious.
·Packs
of mandarin oranges or any desired fruit.
·Rice
cakes or favorite cookies, its always a good idea to
take foods you know your little one enjoys as it will
cheer them up and you know they will eat it!
·Fresh
fruit, I always think bananas are great as they are
filling.
·Dry
cereals such as cheerios.
·Your
child’s favorite sandwich or even a pasta salad. I
love to mix tuna with vegetables, mayonnaise and pasta.
